Tagum Cooperative has exceptionally executed its Financial Assistance Program through the Community Development Committee, in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region XI.

Twenty-five (25) fortunate students were granted full scholarships, providing not only financial support for the Poultry Chicken Program but also for those enrolled in Organic Agriculture Production NCII and Food Processing NCII programs.

Launched in August 2024, the program offered students rigorous instructions and training in poultry management, sustainable practices, and modern farming techniques. These initiatives illustrate the need to produce competent and competitive individuals prepared for the demands of the agricultural industry.

With deep appreciation, Tagum Cooperative praised the collective efforts that contributed to the success of the program. Recognition was given to the Tagum Cooperative Board of Directors, Committee Officers, Senior Management, and Staff, as well as TESDA for providing expert instructors and invaluable support. Special acknowledgement was also extended to the graduates for their commitment and enthusiasm in acquiring new skills toward building sustainable poultry and agriculture-based enterprises.

The graduates, in turn, expressed their heartfelt message to both Tagum Cooperative and TESDA for this life-changing opportunity, empowering them to apply their acquired skills and knowledge in future ventures and businesses.

Tagum Cooperative continues to pave the way for Filipino individuals to achieve economic growth and self-sufficiency through inclusive and industry-relevant education programs.  Britney Ann B. Manayon
