Tagum Cooperative Funecare (TCF) recently celebrated its 17th anniversary with a Thanksgiving Mass on March 15, 2024, led by Reverend Father Jhonrey Arbasto from the Queen Apostles College Seminary.

The significance of the TCF’s anniversary extended far beyond mere festivities. The gospel reflection shared during the mass resonated deeply with TCF’s commitment to passionate service, emphasizing themes of selflessness, redemption, and faith.

During his homily, Fr. Arbasto drew a comparison between the sacrificial offering of Jesus Christ and TCF’s steadfast dedication to serving the community in times of grief. “Just as Jesus offered up his life for us, TCF has remained steadfast in its mission to serve the people amidst sorrow”, remarked Fr. Arbasto.

Through its dedication to providing compassionate funeral services, TCF has remained competitive for 17 years and remains as the chosen funeral service provider for members and even non-members to share their grief with. TCF acts as an anchor of hope and support, embodying the timeless message of love and redemption found in the Gospel.

In the words of Fr. Arbasto, “May TCF continue to be a source of comfort and solace to those in need, embodying the spirit of selflessness and compassion exemplified by our Lord Jesus Christ.” Yna Gracelle Amores
