This project represents a significant moment for the cooperative, extending its social responsibility and support to the community. It reflects the immense trust and backing it has garnered from its members and the community over the years. The completion of a one-story, two-classroom building, equipped with toilets and ceiling fans, at San Isidro Integrated School, stands as tangible proof of this commitment. This new facility not only provides a conducive learning environment but also symbolizes the cooperative’s ongoing dedication to making a tangible difference in the lives of students and the broader community.

Through this project, Tagum Cooperative demonstrated its dedication to enhancing educational facilities by constructing additional classrooms in identified schools. The project’s primary goals include providing a safe, conducive learning environment with adequate space and ventilation, for induced creativity, and supporting students for their growth and development. By addressing these needs, the initiative aligns with the 4th Sustainable Development Goal: Quality Education.

The Tagum Cooperative’s Community Development Fund proudly financed the project, showcasing the cooperative’s dedication to reinvesting in its community. This success is a shared victory, made possible by the unending support and trust of the cooperative’s members in its products and services.

Continuing its steadfast support for the Department of Education and local communities, Tagum Cooperative’s “Build-a-Classroom Project” emerges as a blueprint for future efforts.
