One of the highlights of the Program is the turn-over of the Key, which symbolizes the power and responsibility that a man or a woman will exercise as the Chairperson of the Board, which was turned over by Dir. Noel O. Quidilla to the new Chairperson, Dir. Janet T. Matuguinas, CPA, DBA.
“I thank God for the right time that He gave to me that I will have to serve”, Dir. Matuguinas said in her message during the oath-taking ceremony.
