The Cooperative Year 2019-2020 serves as an indication that a new chapter is arising as the 2nd Annual Representative Assembly paved way for the election of new Tagum Cooperative officials.
Tagum Coop employees and officials gather on April 9, 2019 to witness the turnover and oath-taking of Officials for CY 2019-2020. The Provisional Election Committee (PEC) were tasked to facilitate the election during the 2nd Annual Representative Assembly while the induction was led by Atty. Marilda J. Boja, TC Legal Counsel, to wit:

Immediate Past Chairperson of the Board of Directors Eduard C. Amoguis turns over the Key of Leadership and Gavel to the newly-elected Chairperson of Tagum Cooperative Dir. Rosalina S. Argent with thanksgiving to his fellow officers and the management for working hard in keeping the standing of Tagum Coop all the while continuing to achieve progress and the current success of Tagum Cooperative.
Dir. Rosalina S. Argent positively accepts the challenge to lead Tagum Cooperative as she emphasizes on the active cooperation of the Officials and Management in maintaining the stability and sustainability of Tagum Cooperative.

Chairperson Argent on her acceptance speech also commits to do her best to contribute to the betterment of Tagum Cooperative. She also recalls her long history in TC starting in 1969 as a young maiden up to the present together with the noteworthy personalities which helped contributed to the long-standing success of TC noting that commitment in serving does not happen in a short time. She also encourages the officials and management to continue to offer the right products and services to address the economic needs of the valued members.
The management also continues to pursue the targets of opening 20 branches by 2020 in line with the strategic goals. This year, TC Samal and TC Bayugan are up for opening following the successful opening of TC Koronadal.
