These sessions have been instrumental in communicating TC Operational Update, the TC Code of Ethics and Good Governance Manual, and the Basic Concept of Cooperativism, thereby providing member-owners with valuable insights into the cooperative’s financial health, performance, and strategic direction.
These Ownership Meetings serve as an educational avenue, ensuring that member-owners are well-informed participants in the cooperative. By delving into the cooperative’s operations, financial standing, and strategic plans, members can make informed decisions and actively contribute to discussions that shape the cooperative’s trajectory.
