Himsug Pamilya Program

A health service program of Tagum Cooperative opens to all members. Maximum Hospitalization allowance of P 5,000.00 in case of confinement of at least 1 day in an accredited hospital. Benefit will only be up to 80% in case of hospitalization in a non-accredited hospital. Up to 3 consultations per year with accredited HPP Doctors; at least 10% discount from accredited Health-Service Providers; One consultation per year for all immediate family members/dependents of HPP Member.

Mortuary

For only P 615.00 premium renewable yearly, a member is entitled to death coverage of P 100,000.00 (due to natural death) and P 200,000.00 (caused by accident)
