The event is conceptualized as “Pagpupugay 2023” paying tribute to the incredible talents of the youth in the city. It provided the stage for various talent competitions, such as dance performances and singing competitions, among others.
The festival saw the participation of prominent names, including the Chairperson of the Board, Dir. Nenita R. Malbas, Vice Chairperson of the Board, Dir. Hermarie T. Esmael and other distinguished board members and management.
