The training, which aimed to support solo parents facing unique challenges in raising their families, was a resounding success and a testament to the cooperative’s dedication to marginalized sectors of society.
Ms. Alma Libranza led the training, an experienced professional and expert in food processing products. The training covered a wide range of processes and techniques on how to make frozen products for embutido and tocino.ย
Participants were equipped with valuable skills and knowledge to help them start their businesses in making frozen goods, and better provide for their families.
Among those who attended the training, was the Chairperson of the Board, Dir. Nenita R. Malbas and the members,ย Dir. Janet T. Matuguinas and Dir. Noel O. Quidilla.ย
The focal person of the City Social Welfare Development Office of Tagum City Ms.Zula Xel Carillo also graced the event.ย
