[MTP Graduation] Selected employees of Tagum Cooperative, representing various disciplines of expertise, joined Batch 5 of the Management Training Program (MTP) Graduation on November 9, 2024, Saturday at Nenita’s Events Place.
The first part of the program was focused on enriching participants’ development with Mr. Perfecto Cagaanan as the Resource Speaker, encouraging participants personal and professional growth. Thus, his words set the tone for an inspiring day which left a lasting impression on everyone.
In the afternoon, which is the second part of the program was the much-anticipated graduation ceremony. Participants were welcomed and acknowledged by the esteemed TC Officers and everyone who attended the event. As each participant was officially declared a graduate, the hall came alive with cheers, warm applause and heartfelt congratulations that created an atmosphere of pride and joy.
