QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s College Degree related to Social Services, Community Development, and other Humanitarian courses

          JOB SUMMARY:

          Internal Audit Associate is responsible for executing a full audit cycle covering financial, operational, compliance, information technology (IT), and risk management (RM) audits. This role applies a systematic and disciplined approach to enhance the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes, with the goal of adding value and improving the operations of Tagum Cooperative.

          QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:                                                                                     

            • A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
            • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
            • Preferably have undergone training relevant to the position such as audit techniques (work programs, tests, sampling, documentation, reports), risk assessment, and taxation
            • Basic knowledge of RA 9520 and other rules & regulations affecting Philippine cooperatives
            • Basic knowledge of accounting standards procedures, & practices affecting cooperatives
            • Basic knowledge in auditing standards affecting cooperatives operating in a computerized environment
            • Basic knowledge in fraud investigations
            • Basic understanding of internal control weaknesses affecting a Cooperative
            • At least one (1) year experience in auditing or accounting or equivalent training.
            • Must be creative and innovative in enhancing the products and services of the cooperative

            JOB SUMMARY:

            Credit Analyst I is in charge and responsible for loan processing, credit analysis, credit investigation, collateral appraisal, and the conduct of credit scoring for loan endorsement and approval.

            QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:                                                                                     

              • Graduate of a Bachelor’s College degree in Commerce or any Business related course
              • At least 3 years combined experience as a Credit Analyst and CI/Appraiser
              • Significantly has thorough knowledge and training in credit management, credit investigation, and loan appraisal.
              • With a Professional Driver’s License and a motor vehicle
              • Knowledgeable in Accounting and Financial Management

                Marketing Officer I is responsible for looking for prospective members/clients, set schedules, and conduct pre-membership orientation. Promoting the savings and credit programs of the cooperative, who are potential to put up savings and qualified to avail loan. Send communication letters to different government and private offices, follow-up application forms, and effective marketing campaigns.

                QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:                                                                                     

                  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration preferably major in Marketing Management or any Business-related course
                  • Must have relevant training and experience in the position
                  • Computer Literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
                  • Good Listening and Communication Skills as well as Good Interpersonal Skills.

                  POSITION TITLE: SECRETARY TO THE SCG MANAGER

                  JOB SUMMARY:

                  Secretary to the SCG Manager operates under the general supervision of the SCG Manager I and is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. This role includes screening all submitted reports and communications to ensure data completeness prior to consolidation and submission to the SCG Manager I. Additionally, the Secretary ensures adherence to all internal control measures.

                    Collector I (Field) is responsible for monitoring the actual collection and collection efficiency against the target provided by the CARS Supervisor. Recommends and discusses proposed strategies, plans, and programs with the CARS Supervisor to improve collection and collection efficiency. Performs actual collection activities (Field and ATM) based on the approved process/procedure. Repossess collaterals of delinquent loans in accordance with the established policy and due process.

                            JOB SUMMARY:

                            Field Engineer is directly responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and controlling the development of the Comprehensive GANNT Chart (and PERT and CPM) and the contractor’s compliance with the terms and conditions of the approved contract. Closely monitors the quality of the output during the warranty period as stipulated in the contract and submits a report with recommendations.

                            QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:                                                                                     

                              • College graduate – BS in Engineering or Architecture
                              • A licensed Engineer/Architect
                              • With at least 1 year of related experience
                              • Knowledgeable in the Project Management and 2D/3D software including AutoCAD and other related software

                                JOB SUMMARY:

                                Tax Compliance Assistant is under the general supervision of the Chief Finance Officer and is responsible for ensuring process efficiency in tax compliance, following the guidelines outlined in the Tax Compliance Operating Manual. This role supports the Cooperative’s compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations by assisting in the preparation of necessary documentation. Additionally, the Tax Compliance Assistant helps Management with transactions related to the BIR, Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), and Local Government Unit (LGU), including securing authorization for printing Cooperative receipts and invoices, registering new branches or business lines, obtaining certificates of authority, and updating any changes in the Cooperative’s information.

                                QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:                                                                                     

                                  • College graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology or BS Management Accounting
                                  • With Diploma in Taxation (DIT) is a plus
                                  • With at least 2 years of work experience inclusive of 1 year in Tax Compliance
