          JOB SUMMARY:

          Internal Auditor II is responsible for leading the team in planning and monitoring the audit activities of his/her area, execution of the audit plan, and reporting of the full audit cycle of the team regarding the overall financial, and operational audit, and assists in the compliance, personnel, IT & RM audit including control management over operations’ effectiveness and financial reliability with all applicable directives and regulations. He/She is responsible in supervising the assigned team in the conduct of audit in Tagum Cooperative Branches or other Business Units by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes in order to add value and improve Tagum Cooperative operations.

            QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

            • A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
            • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
            • Preferably a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
            • Preferably have undergone training relevant to the position such as audit techniques (work programs, tests, sampling, documentation, reports), risk assessment, and taxation
            • At least three (2) years’ experience in auditing or accounting
            • Knowledgeable in Internal Audit Principles, Systems, Processes, and Procedures

                                QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

                                • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration preferably major in Marketing Management or any Business-related course

                                      QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

                                      • College graduate preferably Financial Management or Banking in Finance, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or Accountancy
                                      • Preferably at least one (1) year of relevant experience in cash handling and customer service; Fresh graduates are welcome

                                      JOB SUMMARY:

                                      Collector I (Field) is responsible for monitoring the actual collection and collection efficiency against the target provided by the CARS Supervisor. Recommends and discusses proposed strategies, plans, and programs with the CARS Supervisor to improve collection and collection efficiency. Performs actual collection activities (Field and ATM) based on the approved process/procedure. Repossess collaterals of delinquent loans in accordance with the established policy and due process.

                                        QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

                                        • Graduate of a Bachelor’s College degree in Commerce or any Business related course
                                        • At least 2 years experience in collection

                                        Clerk II (Loans) is responsible for the preparation of the loan documents such as promissory notes, forms, and contracts of loan borrowers. Compiles all loan documents, forms, and vouchers. Prepares and classifies loan documents for CREMANCOM confirmation and ocular inspection.
