Year after year, Tagum Cooperative (TC) continues to recognize its members, officers, and employees as a way to show gratitude for their contribution in keeping the multi-awarded Cooperative upright and soaring for over a decade.
For two consecutive times, Tagum Cooperative conducts its Awarding Ceremony virtually to comply with the IATF Mandate wherein big gatherings and celebrations are currently not allowed during this time of the Covid-19 pandemic. The virtual Awarding Ceremony this year was held via Zoom Conference last March 22.
Plaques were given to selected members, officers and employees who qualified for categories such as Sales Awards, Collectors of The Year and Most Well-Groomed Employee and Loyalty Awards, among others for selected Tagum Cooperative Employees; and Top Patronizers, Model Members and Pioneering Members for selected Tagum Cooperative Members.
Tagum Cooperative General Santos Satellite Office bagged the Most Outstanding Branch/Satellite Office of the Year while Branch Manager Ana Lourdes A. Jabal of TC Kidapawan Satellite Office received the sought-after Best Branch Manager of the Year Award. Chief Executive Officer Citation and Presidential Citation were also given to Ms. Juris D.Perez, CPA, MBA and Chairperson Rosalina S. Argent, MBA, respectively.
Director Antonio C. Arañas, one of the members of the Board of Directors, congratulates each and every awardee and all those who contributed to the success that Tagum Cooperative achieves. “Tagum Cooperative continues to find innovative means to recognize the members for their support and for the employees and officers recognition and appreciation for their exemplary service and sterling performance during the year that passed,” Dir. Arañas adds.
On March 28, 2021, Tagum Cooperative will hold its first-ever Virtual Annual Representative Assembly aptly themed “Embracing Resiliency and Digital Transformation: Thriving Amidst Global Challenge”.
