Bills Payment facility is now available in Tagum Cooperative’s very own mobile application! No need to go to the branches or satellite offices since Tagum Coop is at the tip of your fingers!
Bills payment allows member-users to tap away their bills in an easy and convenient way. Payments accepted are for Electric Utilities, Water Utilities, Cable and Internet, Telecommunications, Credit Cards, Loans from other lending institutions, Government payments, Insurances, Transportation (flight bookings), Schools (tuition and other fees) and Payment Solutions.
Tagum Chief Executive Officer Juris D. Perez, CPA, MBA states that the mobile app promotes efficiency as there is less room for errors by doing away with the manual processing of accounts. The app can cater voluminous transactions which could serve the more than 100,000 members of Tagum Cooperative from all over the country. This is especially useful during the pandemic as members can view and transact with their accounts from the comforts of their homes.
TC Mobile app users can access all their accounts by viewing current balances and past transaction histories, check on re-payments against loan accounts, view TW transactions, compute loan process and apply for and renewal of Convenient Loan and Minor Loans. Recently, the Fund Transfer was introduced that allows members to transfer their funds from ATM or regular savings into their other savings accounts.
TC Mobile app is available for both android and IOS devices. Members will be asked for their Customer Identification (CID) and mobile number upon registration to the app. CID is an 11- character unique identifier, separated by a hyphen e.g. 001-0089131.
This mobile application is developed and maintained by Tagum Cooperative’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Department headed by Mr. Jappeht Fortich. BOD Chairperson Rosalina S. Argent announced “Expect greater things to come in our TC Mobile app; new innovative features will be rolled out in the days ahead that will usher a truly digital experience of coop services in these trying times.”
