With versatility in hand, challenges are turned into opportunities and possibilities are turned into realities.

The conduct of Representative Assembly is mandated by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for the large-scale cooperatives with numerous and dispersed membership. With this, Members-In-Good-Standing (MIGS) from the respective Districts / Branches are required to elect their District Representatives.
Tagum Cooperative also supports Coop NATCCO Partylist (CNPL) for the cooperatives to have a voice in congress. The cooperatives at this period are starting to seek support from its members to vote the said partylist. This year, the CNPL is vying for another seat making it 3 seats in congress. It is noted that the greatest legacy of CNPL is the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008 (Republic Act 9520) which ensured the tax exemptions of cooperatives. CNPL is # 142 in the voter’s ballot this coming May 13 elections.
