Fresh from the very successful 1st Annual Representative Assembly Meeting, Tagum Cooperative brings forth the release of new EMV Cards for the members who have ATM Accounts.

EMV stands for Europay, Mastercard and Visa, the original companies that created the standard – which feature a small chip replacing the existing magnetic stripe card. This creates a data that is unique for each transaction making it more difficult to commit fraudulence. This standard is widely used and ensures user security and global acceptance.

These new ATM cards prove useful with the release of Patronage Refund and Interest on Share Capital (PRIS) scheduled on April 2, 2018 (Monday) with a 23.92% rate. Members without existing ATM accounts may opt to open one at an affordable rate of Php 55.

Meanwhile, as Tagum Cooperative begins to spread out across Mindanao, TC also brings members’ convenience to the next level with the installation of new Automated Teller Machines in TC Nabunturan Branch and TC Mintal Branch. This is an effort of the Management to give the member users the quality service they deserve by providing ATMs in the aforementioned branches. This is in addition to the machines already placed in TC Main, Bajada, Matina and Panabo Branches. More machines will also be installed this 2018, including TC Sto. Tomas and Market Branches.

As TC soars beyond the bounds of success, it continues to prove that indeed it is the icon of trust and excellence as the homegrown multibillionaire coop grasps the needs and demands of its members and continues to deliver more services and at the same time grows in to a bigger family that is sure to serve beyond 50 years.
