In the setting of the Tagum Cooperative Function Hall, a significant occasion unfolded on July 22, 2023 — the Training of Trainers (TOT) for TC Lecturers and Officers. Embracing the theme “Be a Younique Leader,” this empowering gathering sought to refine leadership skills and enrich personality development among the participants. 

Under the guidance of renowned speaker Coach Sisoy Kintanar, the event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Dir. Nenita R. Malbas and Dir. Hermarie T. Esmael respectively, along with board members and committee officers, made the event a resounding success united by a shared purpose, which is to create a positive impact on the members and the community as a whole. 

The Training of Trainers (TOT) shed light on leadership, motivating participants to embrace natural qualities and lead with passion. Coach Sisoy Kintanars’ inspiring keynote speech ignited a desirable purpose, allowing participants to unlock their potential and inspire fellow officers through actions and initiatives. 

The workshops and discussions showed various leadership styles emphasizing the significance of adaptability and empathy, which created a platform for participants to exchange ideas and reshape roles as cooperative educators and leaders.

As the TOT is near to end, Michelle B. Claridad, the Election Committee Chairperson, delivered a moving closing address, recognizing participants for their service as officers who have visions to make Tagum Cooperative a progressive one. 
Armed with newfound knowledge and improved leadership skills, the participants ended the event with a sense of purpose in manning their respective functions as cooperative leaders. By integrating the teaching methodologies and administrative practices, TC lecturers and officers oath to create a culture of excellence and development in the cooperative, which, in return, elevates service quality to the members.
